The Lounge Bar, once a billiards room, has a most unusual beamed ceiling and is the perfect way to enjoy a drink and relax by the open marble fireplace. Much of the character of the original house has been retained in the public area with high moulded ceilings and rich drapes.

The 50 cover restaurant at the Royal Hotel would like to welcome our new chefs, Kris McKie head and sous chef Paul McKechnie.
