☺ the staff were excellent and friendly doing their best. 
No issues with parking or location.
Plenty tra/coffee in the room. Wi fi good.

☹ Room 10 very basic with 2 single beds pushed together not double as booked.
Shower was tiny and didnt work well at all. Toilet seat kept falling off.
Floors creaked and being only on 1st floor the noise from party downstairs was excessive. Kept us awake

☺ I liked the friendly staff, the breakfast and how welcome we were made to feel

☹ Unfortunately all night there was loud music playing somewhere either in the hotel or very close to it. It was the radio and I could hear it all night.  It was switched off at approximately 6am which disrupted sleep.  A shame as everything else was really good.

Comfortable overnight stay. Good parking available and the hotel is situated conveniently just on the edge of the town centre. There was a nice selection at breakfast of cereals, yoghurts, jams etc.  Nice addition of an iron/ironing board in the room rather than have to go and ask for one.
